North Town is a 99-acre mixed-use development on the north side of Sheboygan, WI.  We are a front-porch community and small business collective that brings a vibrant downtown to this growing area.  With over 600 residential units and tons of retail and office space, this development is unlike anything else in southeastern Wisconsin.  North Town Partners formerly Van Horn Development worked closely with the Town of Sheboygan to design the perfect blend of public space, unique architecture, and natural areas for enjoyment.  The architectural theme is to “bring the outdoors inside”.  This is done through the use of natural materials, lots of daylight, and creative design that delivers a true “sense of place”.
